PRINT FINISHING & PRESENTATION
At Newspace Center for Photography,
1632 SE 10th Ave., Portland OR, 97214
503-963-1935
Class size: 8
Tuition is $115

What better way to spend a rainy winter day than learning to beautifully "finish" your prints? It's amazing what good presentation can do for an image, and doing it yourself is much more affordable than paying a framing shop to do it for you. In this one-day workshop, you'll learn to cut window mats, dry mount your images, and properly retouch dust spots.

Seasoned fine-art photographer Dale Strouse will walk you through this hands-on process and discuss archival considerations, choice of materials, and print care as well as design options for the fine-artist. Students should come with a couple of black-and-white prints ready to finish, all other materials are provided.
